Care plan tracking

Hi Jeremy, 1)Just letting you know that when you tick the box to CREATE TEMPLATE FROM THIS PLAN, it does NOT create a template, so you have to go through the whole process with every single patient! 2) The appointments that you wish to "FILTER" so as to not affect your tracking DO NOT get filtered they are counted. 3) Another important thing is that tracking doesn´t really tell you if someone is sticking to their schedule. I´ll give you an example. If we schedule someone 2x week for 6 weeks. I would expect that within 6 calender weeks that the patient has had 12 adjustments, however the tracking only requires that there are 6 weeks with 2 adjustments in order to appears on schedule, that is to say they could do 2 visits in a week and then a month later do 2 visits in a week and then the following month the same etc. and take 6 months to complete the required number of visits instead of 6 weeks and still appear to be on schedule. 12 visits in 6 weeks gives very different results to 12 visits in 6 months they are NOT on schedule!!! Which is really the most crucial part of tracking patients. Regards Grant Simpson
