Care Plan Tracking - make it obvious when it's expired/needs updating.

Love the. care plan tracking, but when it has run out it’’s really not clear. A simple fix would be to have the word EXPIRED in red by the title of the care plan. Then front of house could make sure the Chiro updates it to a new care plan. One better would be some kind of email notification which we would use to set up our own notifications within slack.
