CA's receiving cancellation notification

To have an option to choose whether the CA/ Practitioner or both receive notification when a person cancels/reschedules an appointment. While it is great that the Practitioner currently gets it, if they are busy in the middle of the shift, it is the CA who will be chasing these people up and making sure they are keeping on top of the appointments.
