Currently every appointment has its own individual appointment confirmation/reminder. We have many different types of appointments, and whenever a confirmation/reminder needs to be changed it is a tedious task to do it one by one for each appointment. We are needing to change our confirmation/reminders often especially during corona times. It would be good to have the option of a centralised selection of appointment confirmations and reminders that can be created and named, then we can choose which confirmation/reminder the individual appointments each use with a simple drop down when editing the appointment type.
