Change Colour of Cancelled / Missed / Rescheduled Appointments

Would be nice to be able to choose the colour of these statuses so that they don't get confused with similiar coloured appointments - eg we don't use Black as an appointment colour, so this would be an obvious choice for us, and would be very clear to the front desk team and DC's. Failing this perhaps the cancelled/missed/rescheduled appointments could be 'striked out'
