Change custom code button behaviour in SOAP note (replace text)

If you have entered text into the S/O/A/P field of a SOAP note, then when clicking a custom code button, that text is entered along with the existing text. We would like the existing text to be removed when clicking a custom code button and replaced with the text from that button
