Changes to Connect Rules - More Specific Dates

It’d be much smoother and easier to be able to select who to send connect messages to by being able to select a specific date they have an appointment on rather than needing to pick less than 1, 2 days etc.

We have had several issues where selecting the audience based on the current rule setups the intended people do not receive the message.
