clear up online booking fee (very confusing UX)

I found this feature quite clever, ask for small deposit online, get card details if late canx or no show. BUT its very CONFUSING on the booking menu as has appointments appearing to cost the online booking fee! - Like "£20"!!!!! This isnt a good user experience (UX), instead should have actual fee and a online depost require . Due to poor UX we are having to write long descriptions clarifying cost and use up space which on mobile is a big thing for UX.
