Clearer Appointment Notes

Currently the tiny red dot in the corner of a patients appointment isn't clear enough to highlight that there is a note left on the patients file for that day. This is resulting in notes being missed especially during busy periods. On our previous system these kind of notes were extremely evident at the side of the patients appointment and allowed us to remind the CA to reschedule an appointment ect. I think maybe a pop up should appear as you are checking them in so this prompts whoever is on reception to action this. Alternatively something more evident than the tiny red dot is certainly needed.
