Client Summary Tab in Practitioner Dashboard

It has been requested that it would be helpful if on the left bar on the dashboard is there was a “Client Summary” section containing helpful info such as Occupation, Date of Birth etc - Maybe the photo too, so practitioners can easily ensure they have the right person and can tailor care based on occupation etc.
