i.e. for high volume clinics do not offer the next row until the first row was complete. E.g. offer 4pm, 5pm and 6pm, but do not offer 4:15 until the 4pm was full. Do not offer 5pm until 5:15pm was full, etc. So that there are proper gaps and completely full benches where there are bookings
