Communication preferences link

Currently when a patient follows the communication preference link in an email it takes them to a page that allows them to select from options not available. For instance if the clinic doesn't subscribe to text message reminders it still allows the patient to select text message reminders as an option. This can ultimately lead to a breakdown of service without the clinic knowing.
