Concessions..

Other systems allow you to add a concession before the payment stage of the appointment. Currently when you add a concession, it doesn't stick. Meaning we then have to use tags, and remember to implement this every time a patient pays.
Likewise, when we run events and offers, some patients will book under a discounted price. And when you have dozens new patients at once, it would be far easier to add this concession in advance of their appointment, rather than having to leave notes on the patient files and remembering to add the discount as they pay..
Basically we should be able to assign a concession that sticks.
