Conditional Questioning

Make forms designable with conditional questions. So, when someone answers 'yes' or 'no' to a question, relevant questions will appear or disappear, based on the patients answers. Eg. 'Does you baby suffer from feeding problems"? If they choose "yes", all the feeling problems questions appear. If they choose "no", none of them do and you move onto the next question. This streamlines your line of questioning.
