Counting appointments

Would there be a way for you to count appointments differently

at the moment your system is set up to count how many appointments they have left rather than how many they have had, so on my current system if someone purchases a block of say four appointments and they have had one it would say 1/4 where as on your system it would say 3/4 this to me is confusing as its counting backwards by saying how many they have left rather than how many they have had
