Covering DC

When a DC covers another we've tried moving patients to the covering DC's list but patients of the away DC don't get put on the list and so can remain quieter. Also left patients on original DCs list and blockout note at the top and move across day before, which works better but patient doesn't get correct notifications and lot of extra work. I thought an option like an appointment guide that changes the colour of the background of the original DCs list and linked to the covering DCs name (even if different clinic). Then visually the CAs can book schedules as per normal, see that the shift is being covered and all notifications for the patient will show the covering DCs name rather than the original DCs name. On the day, when processing, finances will be applied to covering DC. In addition it would be great for the covering DC guide to be mirrored on the covering DCs calendar as a visual reminder that they are covering and also for CAs to see that patients could be booked on that list for the covering DC to see whilst they are covering another.
