Custom Code Colour Input

This issue is a specific bug within the custom code editor that prevents manual colour selection. When you attempt to input a new hex color code (e.g., #3498db) by pasting it directly into the text field, the system ignores this input. Instead, it defaults back to the last colour chosen from the color picker itself. This means that to set a precise brand color or a specific shade, I have to find and select it manually from the visual colour picker (time-consuming and imprecise!). This bug disables a core function of the colour input field, which is to allow for direct, exact data entry.
