CUSTOM SOAP note VS advanced visit note

Hi, We love the custom SOAP note (attached) as you can make you own and add sections/Titles.. BUT we also like the advanced visit note (attached) because it super useful for doing adjusting notes as it has all the custom colour coded shortcut buttons for writing notes... Is there a way to have both features? I've snipped the two together to give you the visual... Thank you, Alex
