Would be possible to add a column on this report with the creation dates of the prepayments related to each unallocated balances shown on the report?

It would also be helpful to have another column with the description of the type of purchase the balance is related to.

And finally the last appointment date currently is not exportable on CSV, it would be useful if it was.
