Default visit type for VAT and NO VAT appointments

For VAT tax purposes we need to be able to easily distinguish between different appointment types and set them as a default for patients. For instance we have to be able to distinguish between VAT and NON VAT paying patients. So would be great to be able to create a visit type like: Adjustment (VAT) and Adjustment (NO VAT) and set it as a default for specific patients.
