Right now we break are patients that do not come in that day as cancel with reschedule, cancel without reschedule, no show with reschedule and no show with out reschedule.

You can click on did not attend but that does give you an option to reschedule when speaking if you are speaking to the patient and we like to see who is cancelling and rescheduling or not showing up but is rescheduling the appointment
