Different Sets of Reminders + Sms Timing

Reminders by email and sms work great, but the current options have limitations. 1) Would you consider adding an options for multiple sets of reminders? Why? For patients who tend to forget their appointments sms reminders for all visits are great, but for others this may be annoying as email reminders are enough for them. It would be great, however, to be able to send sms reminders for long-lasting visits to the latter group of patients. 2) Please add more customization options for when sms messages are being sent. For example sending out sms reminders 2-3 hours before an appointment could work well in many cases - but not if the appointment is early morning. Receiving sms messages very early morning is not convenient. One way to fix it could be to not allow sms messages to be sent in certain (customizable) hours, for example 10pm-6am. If an sms is to go out in this period user should be able to choose if it should be sent out before or after this period instead.
