DNA Charges - Deduct from Shared Care Plans

It would be great if a DNA charge can be taken from a shared care plan, even if the patient isn't the owner of the plan. Currently you can assign the charge to the plan, removing one of the remaining treatments, but you have to manually transfer the credit from one patient to another which could lead to mistakes being made if not transferred properly or forgotten.
