Download the list of today's/tomorrow's patients who do not have a future booking

The calendar toggle handily filters these patients out but would be great to be able to export a list of these people (if we use the patient data export then today's date would be listed as their 'next appointment' date so can't see which people don't have a booking *after* today's)
