Easier access to New Patient Forms

Currently we can view submitted new patient forms by clicking on patient >forms + file, form and then view. Simple enough. However as a practitioner, it would be easier if I was also able to access via the practitioner dashboard near the new blank form. This would be a great addition to clinics which are busy. It would really help practitioners to work more efficiently without having to navigate through various tabs to access the different forms.
