enabling online bookings for one off availabilities

Allow bookings for whenever the diary has been opened for, including one off availabilities. We recently had this issue where patients were unable to book online for our one off availability clinic and have had to change our clinic settings which risks all the other future dates not regularly open as now open and potential of bookings occurring on them days. Would be great to allow all availabilities accessible for online bookings.
