Feature for client consent (Required by GCC)

Recently, the GCC told me that we are supposed to ‘record.’ Consent gets physical proof they have accepted; verbal proof isn't enough. This feature is undoubtedly required to conform to the new General Chiro Council code of conduct - part e, but it isn’t easy in PH software.
I was thinking of a sign box for an iPad or phone, a text confirmation they gave consent.
