Fix bug where patient name won't display in practitioner dashboard

I've had an issue where certain patient's names won't display in the practitioner dashboard. On chatting to the ChatGPT bot the issue was identified where if you have a "<" without a space after it in the chief complaint and red/yellow flag fields, then this will cause the patient's name to not display. Would be great if you could rectify tis bug rather than having to individually edit a bunch of files.
