Be able to spot uncompleted or drafted notes from the practitioner dashboard. Maybe this can be done as a () bracketed treatment visit,(possibly in red, an indication they have been checked out, but no note for an appointment has been created). The practitioner can then realise if an error has been made, notes not been completed, fully saved and so the administration can check or possibly run a report if a practitioner is not ending notes adequately.
