Form Submissions- Delete

We are getting clients to submit consent forms to us via the form portal on an iPad in the centre when they arrive. Unfortunately today the CA loaded the wrong person when they got a form signed - We have done it again for the right person but need to remove the form from the wrong person. However these appear to be no way to delete the form submission? - I know as admin i can delete attachments, doctors notes and all sorts but i can't see any option to delete a form submission which would be very helpful.
