Functional Outcome Assessments

Part of being evidence informed practitioners is to include outcome assessments that objectively measure our patient's progress through treatment. We need to be using standardized FOAs (i.e. Oswestry, Functional Rating Index, DASH, etc.) to accurately quantify our patient's improvement. These measures should have some form of integration with any developed Electronic Health Records system like PracticeHub. Can we please have ability to send functional outcome assessments to our patients?
