Have a "Make Inactive" Button available for the referral sources list.

Adding a make inactive button for the referral source list. Currently you have to edit the source, change it to inactive and then save. I know it sounds minimal, but when there is a large list you need to edit, it can be extremely mundane. The "services and products" list has this option available.
