Have an alert for certain patients when you type in the name

I’d like to have a feature that when you look for a certain person a “pop up” note comes up on the system, a bit like when you are in practitioner notes and you write a note to the front desk. This note ideally would have a toggle on/off if you have some one who needs something specific to be taken into account (not necessarily on the app that’s booked as they may not have one booked) but a flag that the front desk sees when they look for that specific person. Eg talk to Dr Johnny before booking etc
