Have the option to include "Add to Calendar" links in the email when sending a schedule to a patient

No idea of the complexities of this but I find it useful when people book a meeting with me and then email me a link to add it to my gmail calendar. You'd obviously have to somehow do it for all the major calendars out there so not sure how much is involved in that
