The form builder currently lacks spinal listing chart functionality similar to what’s available in the SOAP notes. As a result, spinal listings have to be inserted as images, which is more time-consuming. When preparing reports, the information cannot be copied and pasted directly and instead has to be manually typed out. It would be helpful to have this functionality added. Thanks
