please please when rescheduling an appointment the time that the appointment was booked in the first hand is not shown in the little phrase on the calendar and if the patient says "book me the same time next week" and you have not noticed that time from the beginning ,you have to cancel the transaction and go back on the calendar to find out what that time was. hope you understand what I am asking
