High Level: Have DNC patients from PracticeHub impact the DND toggle in High Level

Currently, patients marked as DNC get stripped from High Level sync. It would be great to choose the behaviour from two options; the existing behaviour OR the contact stays within the sync but they have their DND settings updated to mark as DND for all communication channels.
