Improve appointment slot text alignment for better readability

We changed from 15-minute to 30-minute appointment slots to ensure online booking at half-hour intervals. While this works functionally, the calendar now appears cramped and difficult to read/click. Increasing the “Time Slot Height” to 40 pixels improved the layout significantly, making slots larger and easier to interact with, but there are still some strange quirks - the patient name appears in the centre of the slot, broad spacing for longer text (eg. notes on slot blockers) and a “birthday cake” makes the patient name completely invisible.

I would like to request a “double spaced” layout option as a feature, with appointment text at the top and line spacing implemented correctly, to recreate the comfortable view that is seen when 15 minute slots are available in a clinic that provides 30 minute appointments.
