Improve care plan templates

When making a care plan, you need to select the start date. One of the options is "today" which is good. However, when saving this as a template, the template doesn't register "today" whenever using it for future plans. It reverts back to the date that the template was saved, so the date needs to be changed every time making a new care plan. It would be great if the saved template was able to always have "today" as the current day.
