Improve the show/hide practitioner filter to show/hide practitioners how may have only an am/pm shift

At the moment, the show/hide filter will only filter out practitioners who are not in the clinic across the whole day. However, it would be useful to incorporate the ability to filter in/out practitioners based on the point in the day. For example, if a practitioner has a PM shift, but it is AM, they are filtered out and vice versa
