Include "practitioner Dashboard' on side menu when on split screen mode.

Not too sure why but Practitioner View isn't an option when on split screen view on my mac. Would be a real help to have it as I often split screen when reading through new practice member forms when updating their notes from the practitioner view. Thanks!
