Integrate CareResponse to track patient outcome measures

It would be great if we could integrate PracticeHub with https://www.care-response.com/ so that we can collect patient outcomes. This would: - Contribute to chiropractic research in the UK. Which will help gather data on conditions to promote the success of the profession. E.g. conditions we cannot currently advertise for. Improving the legitimacy of the profession. - Save time inputting patient contact and demographic information in twice (on PracticeHub and CareResponse). This data could be shared across platforms, then the CareResponse electronic form could be sent by clicking a button in PracticeHub - Display outcome measure graphs in PracticeHub so you can see their change in pain, BQ, MSK-HQ, START-BACK, PGIC, and satisfaction scores. - Some scores could be entered into a box on the SOAP notes screen, such as pain level, which then feeds into CareResponse to track response to chiropractic care to specific conditions (which could be tagged). This helps to provide more data about the benefits of chiropractic care whilst being very simple to implement for busy chiropractors. - Integration with CareResponse would also allow UK researchers to create practice-based research studies that use PracticeHub. This will save chiropractors from having to print extra forms or login to other platforms for patient research, which take time and extra effort on top of clinical practice. PracticeHub could be used to send your patients consent to research forms with study information, then the data is simply collected with custom forms or within the SOAP notes themselves.
