Integrate Practitioner Dashboard with Calendar View

Reasons for proposal:
1) Practitioner Dashboard feels less feature rich vs calendar (keyboard shortcuts, time tracker etc.)
2) Seems that Practitioner dashboard features also exist on calendar view (ie. view one or more practitioner, patient flow, privacy, etc.)

My proposal is to integrate the two into the calendar view and allow anyone with the practitioner status access to note taking/documentation features from the combined view.

Additional bonus: cleaning up UI modestly in left general menu among others.
