Integrate with CLA Insight Scans

Enable integration between PracticeHub and CLA Insight Scans to automatically attach scan reports to the respective patient’s file in PracticeHub. The system should identify and match files based on unique identifiers such as name, date of birth, or email address.

Current problem
Currently, the process of adding CLA Insight Scan reports to patient files is manually intensive. It requires:

1. Downloading the scan report.

2. Manually saving the file on a desktop or iPad.

3. Uploading the file to PracticeHub via the browser.

4. Changing the file type to “custom” so it is accessible to patients on the app.

This process is time-consuming, prone to human error, and increases the risk of patients not having access to their reports if the file upload is forgotten.

Technical Requirements:

• API integration between CLA Insight Scans and PracticeHub.

• Mapping and matching logic for unique identifiers (name, date of birth, email).

• Ability to save PDF file (or multiple) from CLA onto forms and files

• Automation rules for file type assignment.
