Keep yellow note to front desk until clicked away

The yellow sticky note from practitioner to front desk is great, but it disappears on refresh of the page. Can we make it so that it only disappears when we click away? I understand that you can see the note from practitioner to front desk when receipting off the patient, but it is not very visible meaning it is often missed - also it won't be seen if the patient is receipted off before the visit.
