Knowing what bench a patient is on

We have our calendar broken up into 5 slots every 15 minutes (So we can book 5 patients in every 15 minutes So our calendar resource goes slot 1- 5 But we only have 3 benches When we click that a patient has arrived and it says with practitioner, I would like there to be tabs to add with practitioner bench 1 , with practitioner bench 2, with practitioner exam room etc. Without changing our current calender resources
