Link Appointments to produce only one reminder/confirmations to save SMS cost (duplication) and simplify reminders for the client

We often couple a re-exam (progress report) or x-ray/ postural pic appointment onto the last appointment in a care plan. Patients often see the later appointment & end up turning up 15 mins late (but perfectly on-time for progress report/ x-ray etc). ahhhh! Other software I have used allows you to ‘link appointments’ so only one reminder is sent but client has details of both bookings. This is done when booking there’s a plus sign at bottom of input or another prompt to ask you to book another service. This would be a great feature for the consumer but also save cost in SMS duplication
