Link Tasks to Patient File

Many 'Tasks' relate to a patient file - please could we be able to put a link to the patient file within the task. For example - we use tasks to notify a clinician of the need to respond to a phone call. we currently have retype the patient name or file number in the Task. When th clinician come to action t they have to either remember or copy the details to look the patient up...
