Link the referral source to individual patients who refer

It would be good to have a link between the referral source to individual patients who refer. I.e. a patient/local practitioner who tends to recommend friends/colleagues etc to the clinic, so you can see how many patients a particular patient has referred to the clinic. This way we can reward those who are repeat referrers.

Perhaps a box under Referral Source under a patient's profile (under Other info where Referral source is). There could then be a report under the Referral sources report so you could see the repeat referrers, see who the best ones are, and keep track of them.
