Make a way to track cancellations (late cancellation fee), make it part of care plan or somewhere trackable

It is very difficult currently to track charged cancellation fees, it would be great to integrate it to their care plan, or to make a way to track exactly when and how many cancellation fees they have, as many patients do pay for their sessions in advance and the care plan should reflect that
